 The booking procedure and cancellation policy

Booking Procedure:

Upon enquiry, for booking dates, we will send a pro forma invoice/quotation with all booking information. If the enquirer is satisfied with the quote, a 50% deposit must be paid within 24 hours and proof of payment sent back to us. This will confirm the booking. If a deposit is not made, the booking will not be confirmed and the room will be released. Balance is due on arrival. Should your enquiry be 7 days or less before arrival we will require full payment before the check-in date.

Payment Policy:

Bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, full payment secures the booking.

For bookings made more than 7 days before arrival, a 50% deposit secures the booking.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled 30 days or more before arrival, 100% of the deposit is refunded.
If cancelled during the 30 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit is refunded.
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, a 0% deposit refunded.

No refund or credit will be given to early departures. Failure to arrive on the booking date (no show), guests will be held liable for the full account.

In the event of a premature departure the full extent of the stay, as originally
booked and confirmed, will be charged.
We may impose a cancellation fee in circumstances other than death or
hospitalisation (proof required) having regard to the nature of the booking,
length of notice of cancellation and reasonable potential to find an alternative
customers.
All rooms that have been confirmed will be held until 19h00 on the scheduled
date of arrival. The Guest House may re-let the room without
further notice unless notified of late arrival.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be dealt with as set out in the cancellation policy and may take up
to 7 days to be proses and will get paid directly into the guest’s bank account.
On any refund, a 10% handling fee will be deducted.
